Machine specifications and prices recorded on the website are merely indications for information purposes only. Offers, prices and machine details may be subject to change. Machine hours quoted are approximate, additional hours may be incurred on machines. Machine specifications change from time to time and may not be the machine manufacturer's standard specifications. Please contact the selling dealership to confirm all prices, specifications and hours before proceeding.

TCH shall not be liable for any claims or losses of any nature, arising directly or indirectly from use of any material on this website, including the accuracy, timeliness or completeness of the contents of the website or otherwise. Right To Suspend or Terminate - You agree that TCH, at its own discretion, may terminate any auction or use of the service immediately and without notice if (a) We believe that you are not abiding by the general rules of this web-site (b) You have repeatedly broken a certain term (c) You have listed a suspicious item (d) We believe you to be a non paying bidder. In most cases when we suspect foul play we will suspend your account/listing whilst we investigate further. If our investigation is conclusive then your account with us will be terminated.
Your Conduct - You are solely responsible for the contents of your actions through this web-site. You must ensure that your participation in the selling or buying of items does not violate any applicable laws or regulations. By this we mean that you must check that you entitled to sell or buy the relevant item and that you are not prohibited from doing so by any law or regulation.

General Terms - This site acts as the window for sellers to conduct auctions and for bidders to bid on sellers' auctions. We are not involved in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers. As a result, we have no control over the quality, safety or legality of the items listed the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of sellers to sell items or the ability of buyers to buy items. We cannot and do not control whether or not sellers will complete the sale of items they offer or buyers will complete the purchases of items they have bid on. In addition, note that there are risks of dealing with foreign nationals, underage persons or people acting under false pretence.
TCH shall not be responsible for any items sold by Auction, for any damage to items during transit or during the inspection period, nor for misrepresentations and/or breaches of contract by either buyer and/or seller. TCH shall not be responsible for the cost of procurement of substitute goods or any losses resulting from any goods purchased or obtained.
TCH assumes no liability for the content of the listings. However if you fall victim of a fraudulent transaction we will assist you as much as we can.
Third parties may not link to TCH websites without the express written permission of TCH.
Unless explicitly stated prices exclude transportation, taxation and any additional enhancements or modifications requested by the buyer or necessary to make the machine compliant with applicable laws.
All purchases are subject to UK VAT at the standard rate.

PAYMENT TERMS: A minimum 10% (of the VAT inclusive price of the machine) non-refundable deposit payable, within 24 hours of the auction ending, to hold the machine, thereafter the balance payable to be paid within 5 UK working days of the auction ending. The only acceptable method of payment is in British Pounds (GBP) and payment shall only be discharged by cleared funds paid direct into a T. C. Harrison Group Limited (“TCH”) bank account, the maximum amount acceptable in cash is £1,000. If the balance payable is not paid via the specified means and within the specified time period as aforesaid TCH shall be at liberty to treat the contract as repudiated and thereupon the said deposit shall be forfeited and retained by TCH without prejudice to recover by way of damages any loss or expense which TCH may suffer or incur by reason of the default and TCH shall be entitled to dispose of the machine as it shall think fit and shall not be under any liability to account for the price received therefore or for the said deposit or otherwise. Machines remain the property of TCH until full payments are made of all amounts owing. Risk of damage to or loss of the machine shall pass to the purchaser upon delivery of the machine or payment in full for the machine whichever is the sooner. All orders placed are subject to TCH management approval.
